GAME EQUIPMENT
A pump marker
with manual reloading.
Before every shot, the player moves the pump. This slows the rate of fire and encourages players to move between cover and coordinate with the team.

HOW THE GAME RUNS
Team setup
We form teams and explain the objective of the first match.
Team matches
An instructor monitors the rules, runs each round and announces the results.
Who is it for?
Birthday parties, school classes and groups of friends aged 12+. We use pump-action JT SplatMaster equipment, not classic adult paintball.

- Keep the mask on throughout the round, including after being hit.
- Point the marker in a safe direction and keep your finger off the trigger until play begins.
- Stop immediately when the instructor calls stop. No pushing or physical contact.
BEFORE YOUR FIRST GAME
Questions from parents and players.
Does a hit hurt?
Yes, a paintball hit can sting. We provide a full-face mask; keep it on while on the field and follow the instructor’s rules. If you prefer a game without paintballs, choose laser tag.
What should players wear?
Long trousers, sleeves and closed shoes with a secure sole. Choose clothes you do not mind getting dirty. We provide the pump marker, full-face mask and paintballs.
Is experience needed?
No. Before the first round, the instructor explains the rules, checks mask fit and shows every player how to use the pump.
Can younger children join?
VARTA’s current minimum age is 12. If your group includes younger children, ask us about laser tag instead.
What is included in the price?
One hour of play, 100 paintballs per participant, equipment and briefing. We confirm any extra paintballs, room rental or party programme separately before booking.
Does a request reserve the date?
Not yet. Send the date, group size and ages; we check availability and confirm the programme and final total with you.
