01Is the game suitable for beginners?+
Yes. Before the start, we demonstrate the equipment, explain the rules and run a practice round.
02How do we choose games for the children's age?+
Tell us the ages, group size and whether the children have played before. We will suggest a suitable programme.
03Will there be time for cake and a break?+
The GAME + BREAK and FULL BIRTHDAY options include two hours of laser tag and one hour in the recreation room as a gift. JUST PLAY includes the game only. Cake is arranged separately; pizza and drinks are included only in FULL BIRTHDAY, with the final food cost confirmed before booking.
04What should the children bring?+
Comfortable clothes and shoes for active movement. We will send any other details after booking.
05What determines the price?+
The price depends on the number of children, chosen games, duration and date. Send us the details and we will calculate the exact amount.
06Does sending a request reserve a date?+
No. Choose a programme and send your preferred date, the children's ages and group size. We will check availability and confirm the programme and final price with you.
